Background

The background of this journal writing is based on the research conducted

through class action. Through Classroom Action Research (PTK) problems

education and learning can be assessed, improved and completed,so that

innovative educational and learning processes and learning outcomes

that is better, can be realized systematically.


Purpose

This research has several objectives, including:

(1) To solve real problems that occur in a classroom experienced directly in the interaction between teachers and students who are learning, improve teacher professionalism, and foster an academic culture in among the teachers

(2) Continuous improvement of the quality of classroom learning practices considering that society is developing rapidly

(3) Increasing the relevance of education

(4) As an innovation tool

(5) Improving the quality of educational outcomes through improving learning practices

(6) Improve the professional attitude of educators and education personnel

(7) Fostering an academic culture in the school environment; and

(8) Increasing the efficiency of education management.


Research methods

Educational research methods can be used to solve problems, learning is a classroom action research

Research result

An educator is said to be successful in learning if they master professional and academic problems, which problems can be studied, improved, and resolved through CAR, so that innovative education and learning and better learning outcomes can be realized systematically.

Conclusion

The implementation of educational innovations in order to improve the quality of learning through classroom action research (CAR) is expected that the learning problems that we often encounter today can be resolved, and ultimately be able to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, which results will bring out the nation's future generations quality and able to compete globally.
