Synonym and Homonym {Intermediate Listening}

Synonym

Synonym is a word that has a different word form but has the same meaning. This is very useful in sentences to be agreed according to the circumstances. Because there are words that have the same meaning, but their use in sentences is different. It could be wrong words to mean more polite, while words that just can't.

1. In neighborhooods that garbage trucks can't reach, people bring bags of trash to special centers.

2. 3. In life, we often question about what is the reciprocity of what we do. In fact, if we can look at things from the positive side, that we can get the benefits of what we have done, including  the benefits of learning english. English is a very important language that we must understand for the current era of globalization. Basically, it has become a general secret why in this globalization era many people must be required to learn english. The reason is that english has become a supporting element for us to associate with foreigners and the best way to improve as good speaker is to practice right now 

Homonym
Homonym means that the words have the same pronunciation or writing but the meaning is different.

1. Today is my sister's birthday and my family decided to invite her friends to celebrate at home. At this time i was assigned with my mom to blew a blue ballon as decoration.
